THREE QUESTIONS

01 What style is the house? Traditional houses usually take lap siding. Modern houses tend toward panels, pre-finished panels, or fair-faced concrete. Many homes combine two: lap siding on the body, panels on a gable or entry.

02 Will the walls be painted on site? If you have a painter and time in the schedule, primed boards and panels give you any color. If you'd rather skip on-site painting, choose a factory color: lap siding comes pre-colored, and pre-finished panels arrive with their finish applied.

03 What does your lot require? Wind exposure and local code vary by address. Before you order, we confirm in writing what your building department requires and which documents we have for the product you chose.
