FAQ
Questions, answered.
What architects, builders, and homeowners ask us most often.
WORKING WITH US
Who do you work with?
Developers, architects, designers, general contractors, custom home builders, and homeowners. Most of our work is custom residential; we also take on multi-home and multifamily projects, and welcome early conversations on larger buildings.
Do you work with architects early in design?
Yes, and we prefer it. We offer specification support during design — product options, finish samples, and technical documents for your drawings — so what you draw is what gets built.
Do you install the products?
Your installation crew handles the install. We coordinate delivery to your schedule, provide installation guides, and support your team with questions on site.
Where do you work?
We take on projects across the United States. Tell us where you're building and we'll confirm delivery and unloading options for your site.
How do I get started?
Send us your project details through the quote form, or email sales@twinbridgebuild.com. We reply within two business days.
Can I send my plans with the request?
Yes. Attach up to five files to the quote form (PDF, images, DWG, or ZIP, up to 20 MB each), or email larger sets to sales@twinbridgebuild.com.
PRODUCTS
Do your windows and doors meet the building code where I'm building?
It depends on the lot. Building departments look at design pressure for the local wind zone, energy ratings, and, near the coast, impact-rated glass or approved opening protection. Before you order, we confirm in writing what your building department requires and which documents we have for the product. If a product can't show what's required, you'll hear it from us first.
Can you unload materials at the job site?
Yes. With Delivered & Unloaded, we coordinate transport, unload on site, and hand over every item against the packing list. If your crew has the equipment, Material Supply ships to your yard or site as agreed.
Do you supply multi-home and multifamily projects?
Talk to us early. We quote across homes, plan deliveries with your schedule, and tell you plainly what we can and can't take on.
Can you supply windows and window treatments together?
Yes. Windows, doors, and shades go on one proposal, so shade pockets, mounting, and motor power can be planned with the window order, before the walls close.
Can I see samples?
Yes. Tell us which finishes, fabrics, or hardware you'd like to see, and we'll arrange samples for you or your client.
What technical documents are available?
Tell us which products you're considering, and we'll send the product data we have for each one with your quote. If a document doesn't exist for a product, we'll say so.
What warranty comes with the products?
The warranty for each item is stated on your proposal before you order. If a warranty question comes up, contact the person who quoted your project and we'll work it through with you.
ORDERING & DELIVERY
Is a quote free?
Yes. Quotes are free and non-binding. You'll get one clear proposal, organized by system.
How do you price a quote?
We supply direct, without layers of distribution between the product and your job site, and we price every line openly. You pay for the product and the service behind it, not for markups along the way.
Can I get one quote for several products?
Yes. Tap "Add to project list" on any product as you browse — your Project List keeps them together. When you're ready, open the list, mark anything you'd like samples of, and send it with one quote request.
When will I know my lead time?
Every line on your proposal carries a lead time, in writing, before you order. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.
What are the payment terms?
The payment schedule is written on your proposal and agreed before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises later. Trade accounts can have their own terms.
What if something arrives damaged?
Every delivery comes with a packing list to check at handover, and any damage is documented on the spot. From there we coordinate the claim and the replacement with you.
