SHADING · WINDOWS · DOORS · BUILDING MATERIALS
What's designed is what gets built.
Send us your plans. Within two business days we reply with questions or an itemized proposal: every window, door, and shade on its own line, with samples before you commit.
Written, itemized quotes
Every product, finish, and quantity listed — no lump sums.
Samples before you commit
See finishes and fabrics in person before anything is ordered.
One dedicated contact
The same person from first quote to final delivery.
Delivery on your schedule
Shipments planned around your build, not ours.
THE PROBLEM WE SOLVE
Drawn one way. Built another.
It's rarely anyone's fault. Between the drawing and the job site, products pass through quotes, substitutions, and schedules that no one owns end to end — and the details slip.
WHERE A DESIGN SLIPS
HOW WE HOLD IT
Sizes get rounded. Every opening is quoted from your drawings — its own line, its own size and finish.
Products get substituted. Specifications are confirmed in writing before anything is ordered.
Finishes surprise everyone. Samples are in your hands before you commit.
Deliveries slip, and crews wait. Deliveries are planned around your build, with one contact who answers for all of it.
One proposal, one schedule, one person accountable. That's how what's designed gets built.
AS DRAWN
The window on sheet A-201 is the window we quote.
We quote each opening from your drawings — its size, operation, and finish — and confirm it in writing before anything is ordered. What you approve is what we order.
DRAWN Opening W07 on the elevation sheet: 36 × 66 in, tilt-and-turn. Illustration.
SPECIFIED TB-84 Tilt-and-Turn: 3.3 in frame, triple glazing, multi-point locking. Rendering.
TB Roller Shade: blackout or light-filtering fabric, cord loop or motorized.
WINDOWS + SHADING
Windows and shades, planned together.
On most projects, windows and window treatments come from two different companies, months apart. We quote them on one proposal, so the details that connect them are settled before the walls close.
Pockets and brackets Size shade pockets and mounting to each opening while the framing is still open.
Power before drywall Hardwired motorized shades need power at the window head. Planned with the window order, it goes in at rough-in.
One schedule Windows first, shades after paint: one proposal, one delivery plan, one contact.
MADE TO MEASURE
Five shade systems. Fabric samples before you order.
Roller, zebra, honeycomb, Roman, and sheer horizontal shades, each sized to its opening, manual or motorized, and quoted on the same proposal as the windows.
